Powers Abby, the automated website chat assistant, and helps Sarah draft follow-up replies. Chat messages, and the name and inquiry details in our records, are sent to Anthropic to generate that text. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, this content is not used to train its models. Sarah reads every chat conversation, and her first reply turns the assistant off for that conversation.
Email delivery service for the messages and newsletters we send. We do not send marketing text messages.
Appointment scheduling for consultations booked through our site.
Website analytics for understanding which pages are used. Reports are aggregated. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses, and our site does not send it your name, email address, phone number, property address, or message text.
