I built the Smart Move Portal myself — it isn't a generic template bolted on from a national brand. Because I control it, I shape each family's portal to their actual situation: an estate sale shows the probate steps and the abstract timeline; a downsizing move shows the plan for handling two homes at once; a divorce sale gives both sides one neutral, shared view. There's nothing to install and no password to remember — when we start working together, you get a private link that opens on any phone, tablet, or computer.
